Terms of service

All designs are Intellectual Property of So Very Graphic.

When you make a purchase/download from So Very Graphic, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable small commercial use license.

What you are allowed do with So Very Graphic:

  • Create handmade, physical products using our designs/downloads/files for resale
  • Designs must be cut and applied to the physical surface of your handmade item, in its original form – you cannot resell the digital versions, alter the design or take it apart. Please Contact Us for specific use information – we are always happy to assist you.
  • Use our designs in tutorials & online classes with written permission & proper credit. Please Contact Us for more information.

What you are not allowed to do with So Very Graphic, downloads & files:

  • You may not use them as derivative work – which means that you may NOT alter the designs in any way and re-sell them or claim them as your own designs. They must remain intact and engraved/cut or placed on a physical item. 
  • You may not sell any designs as printables, vinyl decals or stickers.
  • You may not upload them to any site including Print-on-Demand (POD) services such as Printful, Zazzle, Cafepress, etc.
  • You may not use them for sublimation or convert them to embroidery files.
  • You may not profit from our designs in any way, except as outlined above for physical resale use. Anything other than what is stated above as a physical, handmade item may not be sold without a license & permission.

So Very Graphic does NOT allow any of our designs to be mass produced. We cater to the small business and crafters, not mass merchandise retailers such as Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, JoAnn Fabric, etc. It is against our terms of use for any design to be used in any way without permission. 

So Very Graphic may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.

You are NOT allowed to share any of our designs. You may not upload them anywhere. This includes bundles, Facebook groups, online forums, newsletters, freebies, incentives, etc. Please direct them to So Very Graphic to purchase & download their own files.

So Very Graphic retains all rights to the files. A purchase or download of any kind does not transfer the design rights to you.
